🛣️ THE JOB — SOLO POSITION
We are a stable carrier with 12+ years of contracted freight currently hiring for SOLO OTR drivers. Enjoy steady miles, consistent freight, newer equipment, and predictable home time.
Miles: 12,000 – 17,000 per month
💰 PAY & BENEFITS
$.65 CPM to start (based on experience)
Performance bonus for 14,000+ miles/month
W2 or 1099 options
Health benefits for W2 drivers
Detention, layover & breakdown pay
Paid hotel for resets
DOT inspection bonuses
No-touch freight (reefer & some dry)
Mostly drop & hook
Orientation under 1 day
🏠 HOME TIME
2 weeks out / 3–4 days home

Late-model Freightliners & Volvos equipped with:
APU
Inverter
Refrigerator
Microwave
✅ REQUIREMENTS
18 months–2 years CDL-A OTR experience preferred
Clean MVR
No more than 2 violations in the past 3 years
