We are seeking reliable, hard-working construction laborers to join our crew on active job sites. You will support skilled tradespeople, prep and maintain work areas, and perform a wide variety of physical tasks to keep projects on time and on budget. Responsibilities:
Load, unload, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment on site
Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact soil
Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing
Erect and dismantle scaffolding, shoring, and bracing
Operate hand and power tools (shovels, jackhammers, drills, saws)
Clean and prep job sites before, during, and after work
Follow all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and foreman instructions
Support carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other tradespeople as directed
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of construction or general labor experience preferred
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work outdoors
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment
Knowledge of job site safety practices and PPE requirements
Reliable transportation to job sites
Valid ID and authorization to work in the US
OSHA 10 card a plus (we will assist with certification)
