Admin / Customer Service (Morton)

compensation: $12 - $15 HR

Fast Growing Specialty Medical Distribution Company marketing equipment and supplies to Hospitals throughout the US and Canada. Seeking an outgoing professional Customer Service / Office Admin. Self starter, organized, good listener and follow up. Part Time Flexible Hours up to 30 per week. $11 to $15 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain relationship with Customers and appropriate followup.

Processing Purchase Orders, Invoices, Deposits.

Focus on customer needs and provide resolutions.

Maintain Appropriate Spreadsheets

Place Orders for Goods and Services

Requirements:

Excellent Interpersonal Skills

Excellent Communication Skills - written, verbal, and listening.

Strong PC skills and Proficient with Microsoft Office

Familiarity with Sage Accounting
