For sale is this antique 4 qt. Dandy butter churn. 'Dandy' appears in raised text on the top mechanism of the churn. The glass jar is the original clear original jar with a Hazel Atlas maker’s mark on the bottom. The large one gallon Dandy butter churn has a wood paddle - firmly attached. The distinct wood paddle displays through the glass body to make these churns one of the most recognized and collected vintage primitives. This works and is in good used condition. Some surface oxidation on the lid. The crank turns the gears using the natural wood handle.
