Antique REXO Paper Cutter: The guillotine style paper cutter has a square wood base, cast iron cutter arm with steel cutting blade. The cutter measures 13" wide x 13" deep (16” with handle) x 3 1/2" tall. ‘REXO’ is marked in cast raised letters on the iron arm. REXO wood paper cutters were made in the 1940's & 1950's by Burke & James Inc. of Chicago. The paper cutter has a good spring tensioned working cutter arm.
